Shelli’s condo was absolutely wonderful to stay in. Not only was the location absolutely amazing, the condo itself was spotless and comforting. We felt very safe and the little touches Shelli left in the condo were incredibly sweet! The snacks were very considerate as well as the little bottle to take some sand home. My three year old immediately felt comfortable when we saw the soft yellow blankets and stuffed dolphins on the bunk bed. We loved that we were able to walk to the beach every day and walk to pompano joes for dinner, which was fabulous! The easy access to the beach pays its weight in gold to stay here. Especially when having young children who need frequent breaks from the sun for snacks and naps. Shelli you were so sweet and wonderful at communicating. Thank you so much for the extremely memorable stay!

Beautiful condo across the street from the beach! Full stocked with bonus beach chairs, umbrella and cooler! Walking distance to several restaurants! Short drive to the outlet mall! Shelli is a wonderful host! Extremely accommodating and friendly! Will be back for sure!

We love to escape the NYS Winters and head to new places with our two teenagers. It was our first visit to Destin and it was great. Our stay at Shelli’s was perfect. From our first conversation to our last when we departed, Shelli was right there to answer all my questions. The condo was just as described; very clean and organized. It had wonderful amenities, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathroom with easy access to the pool and beach. We all felt right at home. The location is ideal- literally steps to the beach which is exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend this condo– you won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and we loved walking to the nearby restaurants in the evenings! The entire apartment was spotless and you could feel how much effort was put into making the place feel like home! My kids loved the bunk beds and getting to use the boogie boards and sand toys that were provided! Highly recommended this beautiful place!

This cute little condo was immaculate. Super fresh and clean! Shelli was super helpful and informative in all steps of check in and check out. Just a hop across the street to a laid back part of the beach. The area was very nice too. The pools were kept clean, easy to get to and right beside the room.

We loved our stay. Very close to the beach, could not see it but only walked maybe 2 minutes to get there. We used the BBQ area 2 different times and the kitchen for breakfast each morning. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and the pull out couch was perfect for an evening movie after a long day. The beach was great! Absolutely beautiful and seemed less crowded than even 30 feet either direction. Our favorite place was Kenny Ds, about a 5 min walk. Great food and better pricing than the other beach restaurants by far. BadAss coffee was delicious, and Pompano Joes was only about a 10 min walk. It was nice walking down the beach to get there. We would come back and recommend to friends. Easy access to Destin, and Sandestin only a few min drive either way. Perfect location to be around the buzz with a little less crowd.

I have to say that the condo was awesome. This was the first time we used ab&b and were very impressed. Shellie was a wonderful host . We hope to visit again and we will definitely recommend shellie to family and friends. They had everything we need and more importantly they went above and beyond with extras.

This was my first experience with a VRBO, and the entire process was seamless. We loved the condo! It was very clean, updated, and nicely decorated. My preteen daughter called it, “Super cute!” It was more than adequate for our needs, and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was fantastic – just a few steps across the street to a gated entry leading to the private beach area. Very easy access. We were also able to walk to dinner at multiple restaurants. We felt very safe staying there. As with any condo/hotel, we could sometimes hear the people above us moving around. But that’s outside of anyone’s control, and it was worth it to be on the first floor and not have to carry our luggage, groceries, or beach items up and down the stairs. The owner has excellent communication and was quick to respond to all of my questions. She is very friendly, and went above and beyond to provide a great experience in every way. It’s clear the owner cares about her property and guests. I would 100% stay here again.
